All the products sold through Jerai Gym Software are usually delivered by our aligned partners. Hence, there is no risk of product damage and any operational issues. For any reason, if you want to cancel the purchase or return the product then your amount will be refunded back to your bank account within 5-7 working days. You can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes, and other packaging is intact.

Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For health or taste related issues, products would not be applicable for return.
